Located in the heart of Seattle, Push Pull on Union combines a commendable coffee selection with an inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Offering a stunning array of unique brews, their seasonal Suzy honey latte stands out for its delightful hint of cinnamon and savory notes, creating a perfect pairing with their beloved bolo, a Portuguese treat rich in flavor and texture. Customers have been particularly impressed by the baristas, who are consistently described as warm and engaging, contributing to the cafe's friendly vibe.
For remote workers, the space is a haven of productivity, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and cozy, visually appealing décor enhanced by smart lighting. Reviews highlight the tranquil yet stimulating ambiance, perfect for quiet work or collaborative projects. Patrons rave about the innovative drink offerings, like the coquito latte—an intriguing blend of coconut, cinnamon, and rum, reminiscent of eggnog.
While the prices for beans may lean towards the higher side, customers like John Wolfe argue that the quality justifies it. With a unique coffee flavor profile and a community-centric atmosphere, Push Pull on Union surely earns its place as one of Seattle's must-visit coffee spots.

Had the seasonal Suzy, a slightly salty honey latte with a hint of cinnamon, fantastic. The barista could not have been warmer, engaging and accommodating. The atmosphere is a perfect for a coffee shop; both calming and energizing music with high ceilings and greenery. I’d love to come back just to chat more, and maybe find a fun bottle of wine which they also have on sale. Stop on in and while you’re here, get a bolo, the softer sweeter Portuguese cousin of an English muffin, it went perfectly with my drink

If you’re a remote worker, you’re going to love Union Coffee! It has one of the fastest wifi signals I’ve ever seen in a cafe. (I think I uploaded a 4gb video in 5 or so minutes.) Obviously, the location is beautifully decorated. It’s even lit with smart lights that change hue. There’s a fantastic upstairs space where people quietly work, collaborate, or take Zoom calls. The coffee was excellent. I ordered my first coquito latte. (Coquito is similar to eggnog – it has notes of coconut, cinnamon, and rum.) I also enjoyed the pastry I ordered. If you need a place to get work done, I can’t recommend Union Coffee enough.

So glad we have Push x Pull in Seattle. I tried their beans in PDX and fell in love. If you like pour overs/light roasts, this is it! I also loved the cozy atmosphere. The only downside is that they do close early (compared to other cafes), so it is almost impossible to come during the week days.

I was feeling like a pile of trash today but the second I walked into this shop my mood shot up thanks to the atmosphere. The music, plants, and baristas made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I ordered their Natural Papua New Guinea espresso and it was a real citrus fruit bomb. They offer a lot of different retail roasts with a great variety of processes and some co-ferments which I LOVE. The beans are a bit on the pricey side (23-27 for 12oz) but the quality is 100% worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this shop if you need a welcoming space and love modern coffee trends.

The most unique and delicious coffee. The whole process from where the beans are sourced, processed and roasted creates some very flavorful coffee. Try the co-fermentation creations - mind blowing! Such a great experience worth trying!

Have been wanting to come here for a while and finally came by for a pre-work coffee. The barista made my espresso perfectly and was great to chat with. The vibes in here are spectacular, not too loud, free Wi-Fi, and I love the upstairs seating area! There weren’t many food options left but I think I just visited too late in the day! Will definitely be back here very soon.

Push x Pull has quickly become one of my favorite coffee spots in Seattle. If you are someone who values good coffee and knowledgeable baristas who take care crafting each cup, this is a place for you. I am not qualified enough to describe the subtleties of the espresso, but the cortados are beautifully fruity and well balanced. They also have a great little outdoor pergola. As folks who still mask indoors, this is really valuable. The road is a little loud but I'm glad they have it. Looking forward to spending some summer days out there.
